Not a call center. Gilbert Picazo answers his own phone. He'll tell you what's actually wrong with your vehicle — in English or Spanish — and what it's actually going to cost, before he touches it. One customer broke down at one in the morning on the side of the highway. Gilbert drove out, picked up him and the car, and had him back on the road in time for his son's football tournament nine hours away. Another was a first-time Winter Texan, stranded forty-five minutes from where she was headed. She had her car back in under seventeen hours. One more came in braced for a seven-thousand-dollar repair bill. After a full inspection, it wasn't. He told her so. None of that is marketing copy. All of it is in his Google reviews.
